Apprentice Communications and Administration Assistant Position

11:52

Are you interested in a career in communications and administration, working in the central hub of the University of Oxford?

This is a fantastic opportunity (we would say that, wouldn't we!), for someone who is a team player, well organised, shows initiative, has a positive can-do attitude and professional manner and is comfortable communicating with people at all levels.

You will be supporting Clive Shepherd, our Apprenticeships Manager who looks after promoting apprenticeships across the 87 departments that make up the University of Oxford.

You will learn a wide variety of communications and administration skills such as organising events and meetings, looking after the website and social media, keeping the database up to date, helping to prepare communication and promotional material, meeting people and generally helping to promote apprenticeships.

Depending on your previous experience you will study for one year for a Level 2 or 3 Diploma in Business & Administration at Abingdon & Witney College who are advertising the post.

Applications close at midnight on Monday 16 May 2016.
