University of Oxford's 2015 Annual Apprenticeship Awards!

It's that time of year again! 

The University of Oxford 2015 Apprenticeship Awards Ceremony is fast approaching. And there is still time to get involved!

This event will be taking place in the Old Library of Wadham College on Thursday the 3rd of December at 3pm. RSVP by December 1st.

Awards will be presented for the following:

* Intermediate Level Apprentice and Advanced Level Apprentice showing outstanding achievement and progress during the year *

* Mentor or Supervisor showing outstanding support during the year *

* Apprentice Manager’s Award for the person who has contributed the most to the Apprenticeships Scheme during the year *

* The best Apprenticeship poster *


 Rules for Nominations

Apprentice Awards

For both intermediate and advance level apprenticeship awards for following criteria must be met: 
·         Have been in their post for 6 months+
.         Be performing adequately across all core areas of the job and at college
·         By the application of their learning have made an exceptional contribution to the team’s objectives
·         Have made an exceptional improvement to the team’s performance or overcome initial barriers to their own development.

The prize for these is £100 in vouchers! 

Mentor or Supervisor Awards

·       Mentor or Supervisor who has shown outstanding support during the preceding year as nominated by their Apprentice. 

Managers Award

·    The Apprenticeship Manager’s Award will go to the person who has contributed the most to University Apprenticeships over the preceding year, as nominated by the Apprenticeship Manager.

The prize for both the mentor and manager categories is £50 in vouchers.

If any of these sound like someone you know then nominations can be submitted via email to Anna Mallkin and Clive Shepherd (contact details below) no more than one side of A4, highlighting how the individual meets the criteria for the prize. The closing date for this is November 2nd so there is still time to get the entries in now!
