National Apprenticeship Week 2015

22:43

The University of Oxford were delighted to kick off National Apprenticeship Week with a hugely successful visit from Matthew Hancock the Secretary of State and alumni of Exeter College.

The event was a huge success providing a Launchpad for communicating the enthusiasm that the University of Oxford has for significantly growing the number of Apprenticeships on offer over the next couple of years.

It was great to see so many people from across the University and beyond showing their support for Apprenticeships, including new departments who are hoping to have an Apprentice in the future, our partners and training providers, not to mention the Apprentices themselves.

With huge thanks to Exeter College for hosting the event, please watch the BBC South Today newslink, featuring Emily Joyce one of our Apprentices and Apprenticeship Ambassador and Clive Shepherd our Apprenticeship Manager.
